We love that we make products that inspire confidence, and partner with organizations such as LIPSTICK ANGELS to ensure that our products are used to give a little brightness to cancer patients’ time in treatment.
I found it thick and sticky and it looked very unnatural unless you have a tun of natural eyebrow hair to start essentially this is just a tint for your brow hair not a filler for thinning spots. I called customer service the next day after I used the product They emailed me return instructions and said I would receive a full refund!! I have followed up with the returns department 2 times since And told they would get back to me. It has since been 4 months and I have zero contact back from them or a refund.
Very unhappy with the product and the crappy return policy. I am stuck now with crap that I will never use. I would never recommend these products to anyone, ever. Please review your product claims and make the product do what it's supposed to do rather than continuing to false advertise.
I had to phone the company up to find out where my items where one person told me it would be with me in 4 days and other person told me it was out of stock and would be another week. Got no apology just said that's the way it was as we were so busy. The packaging was rubbish as everything was shaking around because not packed properly. Also some items are sealed and other aren't which makes me believe the items that aren't sealed are products people have sent back which is terrible.
