Again the shipping date got pushed back. If they hadn’t already taken my money I’d cancel my order and get something else. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

It is VERY unethical and underhanded to take my money but not ship. You cannot charge customer credit cards without first shipping. And you simply cannot keep making excuses about the pandemic to keep delaying shipping what I have already paid for.

I wrote an email and at this point have not heard back. This is not the customer service I expected. This is an expensive piece of equipment and it should work.

In the difficult process of trying to reopen the tank and separating the glue, I cracked a part of the tank. I am really pretty capable with tools and this was not easy. I am about ready to trash the whole thing.
