Our holiday was cancelled due to a UK travel ban. I had booked specifically as it stated we would get a refund if cancelled 72 hours before. That is not the case. They do not follow their own policy. I politely refused their offer of a voucher and requested my money. They refused.
At no point were we bored or needing of anything. I can't recommend this company enough. We met outside of Vatican, in front of a small cafeteria and it was just us and 3 other tourists. The tour is about 3 hours long, but we skipped all the lines and it was really amazing.
