They don't pay attention to their stock. I've had 3 orders refunded because they can't keep track of whats in stock. Just awful customer service. Wait a week for a reply. Wish this scam ass company didn't monopolize the market. They should be shut down.

Their support team is amazing and always willing to help whether it’s for shipping or product questions they are always there to help and respond quickly. Shipping takes only 3-5 days and their packaging quality has never disappointed.

Customer support has been pretty much useless and it has been almost a month since I ordered an in-stock product. They don't have a telephone so there's no way to get anything resolved.

Tried emailing customer support again and heard nothing. So went through their website to the contact us again and was then told not to open another ticket on this problem. Well here we are 2 weeks later and I still haven't heard anything from them. I was going to buy from them as well, but I am not going to purchase anything.
