I love this company. It has a history and special ethos that other firms can only envy. I have visited several of their stores and always find staff courteous and eager to help. Products are invariably good quality and their designs are lovely. Their designs are stylish and different. And they don’t just sell jewellery! Homeware exudes simplicity and elegance and it works in modern and traditional spaces alike.
I put in an official complaint as they were meant to service my watch. They took it, and sent it back exactly the same, they did absolutely nothing, and I complained, I asked for this to be made into formal complaint, and they just stopped responding to me, I contacted the page, they apologized and said someone would get back to me. 2 and a half months later, nothing and they haven't refunded my money, or advised me what their complaints process is. They just take you money and then ignore you in the hope you just go away.
The customer service rep that assisted me was not only unprofessional and rude, but spoke to me in a demeaning and condescending tone. She accused me that one of the 18k gold with diamond rings was not an authentic Tiffany's product and they would not clean it. This is definitely not the “Tiffany & Co” standard. I can't help but wonder if it was because I am Chinese, if i were a white woman would she have accused me in the same rude manner? I would have thought that she would have brought it to management to make that decision and handle the situation more professionally.
