Our work with elite athletes serves as the proving grounds for our methods. Most people don’t play professional sports. But if our methods help athletes at the highest levels, they can work for anyone. And as a company, The Ready State helps everyday athletes enjoy better movement, agility, and strength — with less pain and more protection against injury.
The phone number on the website just directs one to email only customer service. I have had responses in the form of email but no action either to get the package to me or a refund. This was ordered to facilitate full use of the 14 day trial so I could do the exercises. That didn't happen.
