Very poor delivery time. It was hard to remove the pot metal clog to continue and was a real waste of time, poor bargain and am highly disappointed with my first and last transaction with this company. Stay away from them!!!

The last two orders the purchased materials were delayed for one reason or another, coupled by poor communications, which created unknowns, inefficiencies, resulting in lost time and additional costs. Horrible customer service!!!

I've sent two polite follow up emails and still nothing. I was sent a tracking number which shows nothing. I fed back this info and got zero reply. Customer service does not reply at all. Really bad experience.
