I email customer service and they have a generic email that says the same thing. I was using this site in the beginning a lot but anymore i just do a lot of shopping and receipt uploads. Starting to think the surveys are a joke.

I have the necessary points to redeem a reward but the redemption process is downright asinine. I keep on doing and following the same process they give but I cannot still redeem the reward. Customer support are trying to help you when you need and this is good.

I contacted Swagbucks on EVERY SINGLE PLATFORM and NO response. The only response I ever got was on messenger telling me to send a ticket which I already did - I told them, they read my message and don't care.
