StudentUniverse is an online travel agency that allows users to book flights, hotels, and tours targeted primarily at students and youth. Enables users to search, compare and book travel and accommodation deals. Only registered users have access to exclusive deals.
Student Universe finally agreed to give a flight credit however did not give a credit voucher stating I have to call them to book again. I requested again a refund or for a voucher through the airline direct. I was told this voucher through the airline could take up to 3 months for just a response. Poor service, would not recommend.
