I could not edit my contacts and groups in Outlook they ignored my problem. After sending me something they found on the web I documented my problem again and sent two more emails. When I tried to use the Chat, I got an email stating they would get back to me. They lied!!

I put an order but the browser window went down in mid stream thinking that my order did not go through. I placed a second order for the same thing and then I didn't received product keys. The chat support person wan'ts able to cancel my first order and start a refund, and I deleted the email with the key. Worst service.
