The customer service was extremely rude! I paid for a spa balcony rooms and one room had only one person but still had to pay double occupancy. They never shared with me that the balcony on that level Is an uncovered balcony. I had to get rooms on another cruise line all together and the only rooms they stated were available together were all the way in the back in a crappy part of the ship.
