I went to the office and ask about what happened and the manager said it’s was the new girl’s fault that you didn’t get your refund because she doesn’t know how to do it. She doesn’t know how put the credit when upgraded.

The space is small and expensive, it is clean which is a plus. The low star review is because I was pestered about writing a review for them. Today I received my 6th email asking for a review in 2 weeks I find this rude, annoying.
