I got a bunch of papers saying I was charged and if I wanted to cancel my policy I’d have to fill out all the papers. I called and that person was very unhelpful. I have to wait for the policy to be cancelled and a refund check to be mailed to me. This turned out to be a huge inconvenience to me.
