I sent an email to the contact on their website, it’s been five days and no response. I tried calling for a few days from my phone as well and the numbers didn’t work. I promise you, my family will never give Qatar another cent if our money. Horrible experience!

My flight was cancelled and after a month I still don't have my refund. They send no updates and you have to chase them. They will give the same response with someone who will look into it.

I tried to request a refund through their website but to no avail. When you press the refund icon, it keeps coming the same page to make a new booking. Customer care non existing.

We scheduled an international trip. At the airport they told us we can't board the plane because of COVID restrictions, they were totally wrong because we were all vaccinated and our destination didn't require a test. The worst customer service of any airlines I have ever used in my entire life.

Had booked a few flights with Qatar but had to cancel one for which Qatar refunded the money within 7 days of cancelling. Great customer service. Will book with them again .
