There is never no one to talk too. Only emails, even the number to Pollen is a machine. It's a whole pandemic out here, people don't have money just to give away. WE ARE still waiting on our money. Scam!!

When trying to log into my booking and my booking is no longer available for me to access. I have paid on time every single month and now it’s showing I don’t have a booking.

It has been over 90 days and I have yet to hear anything from them. Words of advice, do not book any events with this company. You might never get your money back!!

It took them seconds to take my money but it’s taking the months to refund it back. Stay away from this company! Do not book with them. I just want my money back and if I would have known this is how they run their business I wouldn’t have booked through them!
