I have had to call and remind them to make payments to a debt settlement company and no one even apologized for that. I would not recommend this company and wish I had never gotten into this scam. Stay away!!!!

They were always professional and if I ever had any questions they would take the time to explain the answer to me. Everyone is so nice when I have called, The program is I was in was great!

The communication is top notch! It needs to be that way due to the stress and strain from the creditors who will use any kind of tactic to get you to pay full price. Thank you guys for working with me!

I was suppose be done a year ago, had to extend. I am now still have one creditor open and I have been asking to close with pioneer and I will pay them directly. Again no one ever gets back to me. Do not use this company!!
