After months and many emails I am still unable to speak to anybody to arrange a refund. They are not contactable by phone and send unrelated copy and pasted emails back! They are holding over £500 of my money. Absolute SCAMMERS!

No phone lines are working. Online chat had 155 minutes wait. When I actually connected they told me to call park direct. No surprise that phone number was also unavailable. Never got answer to my query.

The directors of this company may feel that customer satisfaction, and the support of their staff on the front line, to facilitate this avenue of repeat business, is not important.

When we arrived the caravan was absolutely disgusting. Smell was revolting, toilet and shower were filthy, stained sheets and the glasses were sticky. Had to clean the caravan myself before I could let my child in.

Begged them to deep clean caravan before next guests ! Guessing this was not done ! Myself and my family are only just recovering from what I can only describe as a holiday from hell!
