It seems petty to respond the way they did and I guess ultimately it was a bad decision on their end. If you want a company that is friendly, understanding and reliable. I would not use these guys! Goodbye.

I have had no further contact from you apart from this survey. Almost a week later and still 1 item not sent and not yet any kind of customer service communication.

I was offered to return them for an exchange or store credit at my cost. I have no faith that other products would be any better quality. Not happy. My first and last bad experience with business.

Three weeks later still haven’t heard from them. Terrible company that will sell you the goods and make you pay even if they don’t have it in stock. Total scam ,they take your money!!
