We roast our nuts and pop our corn the same day we ship so they reach you deliciously fresh as if you bought them from our shop. We do it the "Old Fashioned Way." One taste and you will know the difference. My grandfather began building our reputation back in 1929 and, 92 years later, we continue to make sure that every product we sell is second to none. That's a promise. 100% satisfaction guaranteed!
I paid for their products and they did not look or taste as well as the last order. Looked very dark and was very tough. The first order was soft and nice flavor. Very light color looking. I notified the company and they immediately sent another order but unfortunately it was not very good either. Very disappointed.
I ordered over 00 dollars of food and when it showed the box was covered in some liquid. The box was so wet it was falling apart. I phoned them and they tried to tell me it was the freezer bags inside the box. Those were not damaged though and would not cause this type of damage to the box. Some of the food was wet on the inside of the bags and not edible. Customer service refused to send new items.
I excitedly ordered 2 big bags from them. They look beautiful. Big, green & fresh. Sadly they are completely tasteless. I'm no expert but is it because the quality is VERY low grade? I can't quite pin point the issue, but i can say i have to force them into my mouth. Normally i can easily eat them until the bag is empty yet these are simply a chore to eat.
