About 3 weeks later, I was still trying to get a refund from the purchase, and to my chagrin, a !defective! product suddenly arrived from MyKnobs . Of course, again, could not get customer service to help send back or get a refund (bottom line, just ate the loss)... I wish I could give a negative star rating to this awful company.
