The return policy sucks. You're stuck with product and no refund. They offer shoddy merchandise and then don't back it up with customer service. They don't even bother returning your email!

Every product that is going to be available is not available they fool customers that they have a chance at buying one of their hats and when the time comes the size isn’t even available.

Horrible way to treat customers when it’s clearly their mistake. I would not trust them at all. If you are sent the wrong product or a manufacturer defective product they basically laugh and say screw you. BUYER BEWARE!
