After calling them to get the problem resolved I realized they do not know the meaning of customer service. It was their mistake but I was told I had to buy another box and pay for the shipping and they would somehow reimburse me for the shipping. When you make a mistake you shouldn't ask the customer to spend more money to help fix what they did.
