The experience was terrible. I kept getting messages saying my free trial was over and I had no protection until I paid, but I had paid for a year and never signed up for a free trial. I contacted customer support multiple times about this and nothing was permanently corrected, so after paying for a year I ended up spending most of the year without the service.
