I received an email that items were back ordered and would not be delivered until after vacation. I had to call/chat to cancel the order and finally got confirmation that the order was cancelled. I have a screen shot. I ordered other items than received an email that the Macy’s items were shipped. I was livid because now I have 2 charges on my credit card. Macy’s has done nothing to rectify this. They are rude and dishonest.
