I unfortunately could not be with my pregnant wife to help her and the airport agents did not helped her with the luggage. What a lack of respect and professionalism from Lufthansa.

With Lufthansa I always feel they do everything they can to make up for such situations and deliver the best possible experience. No extra charges, no luggage issues, lost bags or even flight schedules. I will again fly with them!

What a shame, since they accepted the reservation weeks ago and even had me confirm it by phone the day prior to the flight! We have been stranded at the airport because of this low quality airline and have only been offered the refund.

They causing me a lot of stress. I went to their social media and web chart. All referred me to the customer care, they don't pick for over an hour call. Lufthansa call center customer service are useless. This is disgusting.

Excellent customer service - not their fault the flight had to be changed and cancelled, but they had provided supreme customer service to me on two similar occasions. Thanks.
