To make things short, we never got our money back. Even though they said they will reimburse it, we noticed they never did. Called them back again and a member of their staff was a bit rude, but helped me.

They were able to help create a website that is aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate. I am working on it over time so even though I do not have all of my content created they were supportive and patient. I will continue to use their help.

After a few days of constant offers and being assured I had a 100% money back guarantee I decided to give them a try to see what they could do. I hope to be okay ,but I have the felling they care only about my money.
