They did not transfer my email or phone number with it... and it's unclear if my energy is still green or not. After more than 3 months, LifeEnergy's website doesn't even state that on their website.

Not happy at all. Once we realized that was not the truth we canceled within the 7 day. However they still charged us a late fee that we had to spend time with phone calls and emails to get it waived.
