Be very careful about this company. It is a great idea, and is fun until something like this happens and you have to deal with customer service. It is ran very unethically. They are very difficult to get a hold of, and when you do get a hold of someone, they make promises and tell you what you want to hear, but nothing will be done about it.
What a complete SCAM!! They ripped me off, Don’t trust this company with your money. They seemed to want to overcome that with customer service. This time, it’s all downhill! The horribly wrinkled items all had to be dry cleaned before wearing any and they were demanding return or payment before I even had chance to wear them.
