I received a email stating the order had been canceled. It showed canceled due to payment error which we believe was incorrect billing info for my checking account. When I called customer service I was told the item must be out of stock. Even though I could still add it to my cart. The rep said you can try placing the order again which I did. And again it was canceled. My fiancé was upset but decided we would look for something else. She found another. I placed the order and again this one was canceled. Again contacted customer service and was told sorry this item must be out of stock
I bought a ring online, and I get an email two days after purchasing, stating I cancel the order. I call to let them know I did not cancel the order. The customer service states, it was canceled because they were out. So if they were out of the ring, why didn’t it say Sold Out before I purchased it. Now it going to take weeks before I get my money back. Bad business KAY JEWELERS
I contacted Kay's Jewelers and they refused to replace the earrings nor refund the money I spent. I stated the earring that fell off was inferior and defective I deserve attention to this matter. They refused. So now my wife does not have a Mother's Day present and I have spent money on a product that I believed was good quality but wasn't. Very poor customer service.
