The hidden fees will all the sudden start popping up later on down the road on you. Never again will I ever do anything even remotely associated with these unprofessional agents.

Extremely disrespectful towards me. The agent literally dismissed me as was trying to explain the ongoing issue with the property. The agent would not let us explain and would hang up on me. Extremely unprofessional.

Total disappointment with this experience. They charged us for lawn mowing even though we mowed it a day before. They charged us for leaves blowing - though the pavements were clean the day we moved out.

They failed to issue a credit as told to me and when I asked for a refund due to their negligence they refused to refund me. Instead they issued a credit to my account. This is my money not theirs.

I have nothing but professional and courteous customer service from them. They always respond to my emails and concerns with prompt replies and if they don't have the answers right then, they go beyond to find them.
