It had zero customer service skills and certainly did not know how to connect with people on a human level. I will never inquire with this co again. Ever.

the WORST company out there. I have gotten no where with them. Beware. Needless to say, I'm screwed right now and they are 100% useless!

Avoid this company. Customer service horrible. Stay away! Very disappointing for such a well known company to have such poor customer service and an online application that seems to suggest they are pushing to inflate rates.

There is a complete LACK of customer care. Never get any reply back to phone calls. Almost lost a big client because of these guys as they were too lazy to service the existing policies. Client withholding payments as we could not provide certificates on time.
