We present relevant and useful ads without telling the promoters who you are. We do not sell your personal data. We allow promoters to provide us with details such as their business purpose and the type of audience that should see the ads. Then we show the ad to users who might be interested.
We also provide advertiser reports on ad results to help them understand how users interact with their content on and off Instagram. For example, we provide promoters with general demographic and interest information to help them better understand their audience. We do not share personally identifiable information (information such as your name and email address that can be used to contact or identify you) unless you give us express permission.
