Throughout the country, we have built a strong network of highly trained prescreened professionals that are prepared to serve our clients at a moment's notice.
The automated response about customer satisfaction being important and a supervisor reaching out is a total lie, never received a call from a supervisor after that response. In fact, I called to speak to a supervisor and was told they would need to submit a request and it would take 24-48 hours for someone to call me back. That was 10 days ago!
