It's fine when everything goes okay, but if something actually goes wrong you're on your own. These companies will do everything in their power to avoid responsibility and offer zero help. Stay away.

Website worked flawlessly, and the multi-trip insurance price is very reasonable. Good concept, fair rates, terms and conditions refreshing normal English, app looks good. No claims and no history to rate, but good start.

HayMondo did not take any responsibility and said it is up to another insurance and there's nothing they can do. The result was that it was up to me to look for treatment and pay for it whilst abroad which was incredibly stressful. Please avoid using this health insurance.

No payment got cancelled flights. Only help was to buy another policy that worked out pretty expensive given the short duration. I strongly suggest you use different providers who are honest about their offering if even it comes at a bit of premium! Avoid them!

Heymondo was useless here, they are only good for the fact that they offer covid insurance on paper - which most countries now require for entry. Waist of money!!
