Called to cancel the item I ordered. I was told I could not do so, just refuse to accept it when it would arrived. I did as I was told. You did return a portion of my money. Thank you very much; however, you have lost a customer!

I've been a customer of Heartland for a few years and never had to return an item before but I'm glad they would stand behind the integrity of their merchandise. The products were great except for the screen cleaner.

I sent several emails requesting a full refund and after several weeks, I have not received any response to my requests. Very bad customer service. I doubt I will ever purchase anything from this company again.

I received it it didn’t work called in right away ask for a return shipping label after over two weeks still haven’t received shipping label had to pay for a shipping return out of my own pocket very unhappy with the service.
