When contract expired they never sent notification by email or by letter. They said they did but absolutely did not. Poor service all around. Stay away from this company!! Deceptive and a waste of time filling out the information for this offer.

Representatives are available until 9 pm and on the weekends. The representative was very nice and explained service, account details w payment procedures to me answering any questions I had.

It is very difficult to get through to them on the phone. I can't imagine that they would function any better if I sign up with them as a customer. sorry I wasted my time. on to another company....terrible customer service.

I would request everyone to avoid for this scam. They don't follow the terms and conditions of their contract if you have to buy out the equipment.
