Generali was incredibly unhelpful, rude, abusive. They told us that return travel was not medically necessary, and told us verbally that if we refused their travel recommendations we would have no right to file a claim. Looks they force people to do what they want. Horrible!!
So disappointed with them. They refused to allow their "travel medicine specialist" doctors to speak with me or my companion's doctors. They had zero interest in resolving a situation that would benefit my companion's health, or well being or for that matter, keep him alive. Don't trust them.
