I will never do business with Gateway mortgage again and will definitely let everyone I know to choose another mortgage company. We were never even offered any sort of compensation. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a mortgage company.

The people I spoke to were disorganized, confused, and not professional at all. It was my first time buying a home and because of my experience, I never want to do this again.

Poor customer service and under trained and knowledgeable people. Gateway has fallen short on all of the above. The first time was pretty good but this last time the communication was terrible .
