he return form doesn't include art prints and says to contact them but there is no contact info. They have a 24/7 phone line and chat thing but both do not work and just lead you in circles. Their social person gave me another number to call that I can try but it didn't work either.
I received an email saying the shipping method was changed to standard shipping but the order amount had no change. I then attempted to do a live chat to address the situation. That resulted in an automatic, robotic response confirming my order. I got NOWHERE with the "live" chat.
I couldn’t believe what I was reading and thought it was a joke. I finally got a hold of someone and they just said we’re out of the correct item sorry. What an Inconvenience, now I have to return this item in order to get a credit which will probably take two weeks. Horrible horrible customer service.
