Stay away and buy with airline or company who would pick up your calls. Did not inform me about the flight cancellation. Have not been able to talk to a person in 10 days since the airlines told me about the cancellation. No support, absolutely nothing.

This is the last time I deal with this company AND I STRONGLY recommend people to avoid them. The prices are good BUT Heaven help you if you have any issues especially airline initiated. I gave up after 6 hours of trying and initiated a credit card dispute instead.

I contact them to change it. Good luck with that. They would disconnect after you are on hold for 60 mins. no response to email or social media post. I contacted airline and they said I had to go through flyus as I booked through them. Zero customer service!!

For the entire three weeks we have been trying to email and phone flyus customer service, we have not spoken to a single person and they have done nothing to help us with our deal. What FLYUS is doing is Shameful.
