I didn’t receive my refund and the support lady knows nothing and give false information when ever I speak with her. I asked her to connect me to the right person and without informing anything she kept me on hold for long time and no response. I will never deal with them anymore.

Do yourself a favor and avoid Explore Trip. I booked a ticket with them with confirmation number, only to receive a call from them the next day, saying that my ticket is not available anymore.

I still have not received the refund... And every time I call it's the same story. No answers, no idea where my refund is... And they ask me to wait a bit longer. Ridiculous!!

There is no way to get a refund even if my flight company is shutdown, maybe bankrupt. They want you to pay more and more but we know that this money go straight to their pocket. Stay away!!

They will charge you outrageous amounts to reschedule or change your bookings and on top of that the scream and shout at you as you don’t have any knowledge. One of the worst experiences I had.
