When I had the conversation with the service representative all the information given was rushed and blurted out, no amount of time was given for pen and paper or even for questions. Terrible ,stay away !!

If you try to negotiate with them they won't listen and different costumer service person will give you a different answer, save some trouble and finance your car with someone else. It's to annoying dealing with them.
