esurranty opened in 1997 selling computer parts, peripherals and extended service plans for computers online during the dawn of the internet boom. In 2010 we focused only on the extended warranty side of our business, closed our parts distribution department and started offering our services exclusively to schools, colleges and corporate clients.
Over the last 22 years, the owners of esurranty we have upheld a reputation of providing quality service to our customers at a fair price. We are proud to say that over the last 7 years we have retained over 91% of our consumer customers and over 80% of our corporate clients. The majority of our customers will not only refer us to their friends, but have all of their mobile devices, tablets and computers covered with us.
They canceled my warranty without ever letting me know, and even though I continued to reach out to support to find out why and show proof of my purchase, they've yet to take accountability for cancelling and re-establishing my warranty! DO NOT PURCHASE they are SCAM!!!
