The sound quality is good but I do hear a little noise when the plug turns in the jack. I would also rather have a thinner cable that is more flexible and is easier to place inside the bag.

I expected low quality and for some not to work. But about half only work on one side. I get the same or better results from buying the cheapest earbuds at a dollar tree. You get what you pay for. Service was fine, but this particular brand of headphones are so bad!

I was very happy with the speed of delivery and the quality of the product, however what really floored me was the personal call I received to double check the address. The customer service was above and beyond expectations.

VERY DISSATISFIED with this product. I knew because of the price point that they were bottom of the line in quality. They sound terrible. Quality of the product was poor.
