Customer support is so bad!! The electric company was to phone me within 72 hours. It's past that time more than double and I have not yet heard from them!! No response to question sent through email system.

How simple the process was. It's been very easy. easy to sign up, they have shown up on my bill already as my provider.You pick the rate you want plug in basic info and your done! I loved my experience! Thank you!

What’s up? I lost 5 cents a kilowatt. I I tried to renew 3 times and you all confirmed I did. But I wasn’t renewed. I will do it on my own next time but I am so disappointed!!
