As time passed and our business evolved, we desired to help more than just our neighbors and realized we could help more people online. Contacted the manufacturer and they confirmed they do test their valves but they don't send them out in that condition. I ended up find alternative solution since the part didn't come next and now have a part I do not need.

I tried calling and emailing repeatedly. The company never responds to phone calls or emails no matter how many messages you leave or send. They claim to have items in stock but do not.

The email confirmation said they know we need parts immediately so they would ship ASAP. I ended up buying the part i need from a local supplier. I won’t use them again and i do not recommend them.
