I contacted customer service and they were quick to respond and very helpful had the problem resolved in no time. Would definitely recommend. So So happy with them!

Upon receipt I was so crushed. It was nothing like the picture. It was literally a sticker on a silver heart. A white sticker with no stone. I only hope I am able to return it hassle free. Not worth.

No one contacted me to let me know nor did they refund my money. There's no accurate number for customer service and no one responds to emails.
