Customers returning faulty goods in line with Crucial's returns policy will have to pay for a recorded-delivery, signed-for service to prove that the goods did indeed reach Crucial. This means that it is pointless sending low value items back for refunds. Worst experience ever for me when I don't have to much money.
It took around 2 weeks to arrive from when the dispatch email was sent. To add to this poor experience, the customer service representative I spoke to to find out why it had been dispatched, despite having cancelled the order, was very abrupt and unhelpful. A real shame.
