ConnectWise is a horrendous company with horrible support that doesn't care one bit about its customers. They get you then they rape you.

Be very aware before you buy this product and do your homework , I am trying to leave, but they holding me to term. Can't resolve even the most basic issue and there is no communication. Pathetic best describes their support abilities.

ConnectWise Control is fast, effective, easy to configure and easy for the customer to understand. I use it for both managed technical support connections, and being able to connect and support a new computer on-the-fly, it handles both easily.
