They took my issue into consideration and somehow got me a replacement unit sent to me! I really thought I would be stuck with a dud unit. So pleased to do business with a company that cares about customers and their reputation.

Shipping company is arrogant and disrespectful if you can’t make their suggested time then they reschedule you for a week later at their convenience. We purchased four AC units within 4 weeks three units had already failed.

Won't respond to repeated requests for either a refund or notice of status of the rest of the order. Have called and emailed, am ready to tell credit card to dispute the charge. I will never order anything from them anymore.
